The Pajama Game is a lively musical comedy set in the Sleep-Tite Pajama Factory, where tensions rise as workers demand a 7½-cent raise. In the midst of the labor dispute, new superintendent Sid Sorokin falls for Babe Williams, the feisty head of the grievance committee, sparking a romance complicated by their opposing sides in the negotiations. Filled with witty banter, colorful characters, and toe-tapping songs, the story blends labor politics with lighthearted humor, ultimately proving that love and compromise can triumph over conflict.

Our world-famous improv team provides a place to learn to be spontaneous, quick-witted, and entertaining. We are always looking for new members! If you like shows such as Saturday Night Live or Whose Line is it Anyway? Then this is for you! We have weekly rehearsals and monthly performances! Come laugh with us!

Spring 2026

The Heart of Robin Hood reimagines the classic legend with a fresh, action-packed twist, portraying Robin not as a noble hero, but as a selfish outlaw who robs from the rich for himself—until he meets the courageous Marion. Disguised as a man to escape the treacherous Prince John, Marion inspires Robin and his band of Merry Men to fight for justice, protect the innocent, and rally the people of Nottingham. Blending romance, swashbuckling adventure, and irreverent humor, the play tells a thrilling story of transformation, loyalty, and the true meaning of heroism.

Each year, a team of WCHS Herald Drama students write, direct, and produce their own plays. Students learn the craft of playwriting and the process of a how an idea moves into a realized production.
